Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place orders. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• You can create an account with your email address and a password, or with Sign in with Google.
• Please give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the site or are involved in fraud.

3. Products and prices

• We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Product colours and images may differ slightly from the real item.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
• Some products on the site are sold by partner sellers. We handle orders, payments and customer support for all orders placed on the site.

4. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An online order is placed only after Razorpay confirms your payment.
• Cash on Delivery orders are paid in cash when the order is delivered.
• Coupons are subject to their own conditions and can only be used as stated.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations policy.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or place fraudulent orders.
• Try to access other people’s accounts or data, or interfere with the site’s security or operation.
• Copy, scrape or resell site content or products without our written permission.
• Post reviews or content that is false, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The LagoonCart name, logo, site design and content belong to Purple Flake Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
